Links to the page of concept name. If name is not a name of an existing concept will be displayed. The title can be used to replace the title/text of the concept.

Example: {{lconcept|swappable}} results in swappable.

Example: {{lconcept|boolean-testable}} results in boolean-testable.

Example: {{lconcept|movable|A movable type}} results in: A movable type.
