This overload participates in overload resolution only if:
- (std::is_convertible_v<OtherIndexTypes, index_type> && ...) is true,
- (std::is_nothrow_constructible_v<index_type, OtherIndexTypes> && ...) is true, and
- sizeof...(OtherIndexTypes) == rank() is true.
