Why is the page written like this?

I don't think the specification is largely changed in C++23. Can we just use the new terms to describe old specifications? --Fruderica (talk) 22:36, 5 April 2022 (PDT)

This was https://wg21.link/p2314 - it does claim that it's "keeping the actual semantic changes to a minimum", but whether we can re-write the old language specification in new terms... I am not entirely sure. What this page could definitely use is some notes on why the changes were made, and what they changed, semantically. --Cubbi (talk) 06:38, 6 April 2022 (PDT)

After checking P2314R4, I think it looks like a defect report although it's not so officially categorized. So it may be better to consistently use the new terms. And I don't see any change other than terminology changes in this page... --Fruderica (talk)
