Someone has to come up with a better way of documenting function like objects! This sort of thing is going to drive people away from C++. It is unacceptable for the headline summary to be
inline constexpr /*unspecified*/ counted = /*unspecified*/;
This has almost no information content and certainly none that is immediately useful for the purpose of getting an idea of how the thing is used or what it does.
I don't know the answer but this definitely is not it.
