Hi! IMHO we have relatively cryptic explanation of what the function is doing. Maybe it is better to write simpler and more expressive description like on cplusplus.com?I7achi (talk) 03:31, 17 April 2016 (PDT)

their current description says nothing about what this function does. "Transforms the C string pointed by source according to the current locale" -- Transform to what? Why would anyone call this function? What can the caller do with the result? --Cubbi (talk) 04:57, 17 April 2016 (PDT)
